Harvest: manual with a choice of ripe and healthy bunches in plateux, with a yield of 30 quintals per hectare
Vinification and aging: Pre-fermentation maceration at 12 – 14 ° C. Fermentation with maceration of 15/20 days at a temperature of 25 – 27 ° C followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in steel tanks
Duration of the wine: Over 10 years if stored according to good standards

Color: Intense red tending to amber with aging
