Produced with grapes harvested by hand in sapling vines at the beginning of September. Vinified and aged for at least 6 months in large barrels. Ruby red wine with garnet reflections. The nose is broad and intense, with hints of red fruit (ripe cherry, blackberry and plum) with light toasted sensations. On the palate it is presented with the same intensity: full and soft, with high quality tannins and a lot of freshness. With its persistence it is the perfect companion for roasts and braised meats.
