Organoleptic characteristics
This fine variety of wine owes its name to the fact that, when ripe, the bunch takes on a coppery color. The white vinification allows to obtain a wine with a straw color up to golden yellow, with characteristic coppery reflections. It is a dry, intense and elegant wine, with notes of acacia and nutmeg flowers.

It goes well with appetizers, soups, fish dishes and white meats.
