• Grape Variety : 100% Nebbiolo, vines over 10 years old. Manual harvest with rigorous selection of the bunches

The wine

• Vini fi cation : soft pressing with de-stemming; fermentation at controlled temperature with 10-14 days maceration on the skins; maturation in oak barrels and refining in bottle for a few months. 38 months after the harvest, it is ready to go on sale
• Color : ruby ​​red with garnet reflections evolving with aging
• Bouquet : ethereal, intense, of ripe fruit with notes of rose and blackberry to which, with evolution, licorice and spices are added
• Taste : structured, elegant, which recalls the olfactory sensations and with a spicy mineral aftertaste

Service

Serve at a temperature of 18 ° C. taking care to oxygenate by decanting in a decanter or serving in large glasses in which to rotate the wine. With oxygen, you can appreciate a fascinating evolution of aromas and flavors, sip after sip.
